Jogging tracks that suit everyone!
Hellasgården's outdoor activity center offers several different exercise tracks, whether you prefer jogging, bicycling, or just walking in a scenic environment.
Red line (on the map): 1200m – Around Hellasgården, starting from the information sign.Red marker.
Black continuous line: 3.5km – Lighted track. Illuminated every day from dusk until 22.00 at night.
Start and finish is at the sauna. During the wintertime, this is a ski path.
Yellow line: 5.0 km – Start and finish at the ballpark. Yellow marker. During the wintertime, this is a ski path.
Black dotted line: 7.0km Start and finish at the ballpark. White marker.
Green continuous line: 10km – Start and finish at the ballpark. Green marker.
Green continuous line: 12km – Start and finish at the ballpark. Green marker.

If you would you like to try jogging in the forest, with a map and a compass, then get in touch with Hellas orienteering.They have training camps at Hellasgården on Tuesday evenings.
